i am new user of data card MTS. i have paid bill on 4th of this month. I haven't used continuously data card. I got SMS on 9th may 2015,
Your MTS Data card no. 919137669392 has crossed 7.00GByte usage. Your data speed will now be restricted as per Fair Usage Po3licy on the enrolled plan.
It seems like fraudulent activity. I want my data back. i haven't got any call from company regarding solution but i got call from company or sub Vendors that pay the bill on every alternative day. when i have sent request to company to get data usage report but company has strongly denied to provide it. company told me that first pay the bill and get the data usage report. means they are looking to have only payment. they are not wiiling to provide service. i have sent email to company regarding problem but Customer care executive have strongly informed me that as per our company policy that you have to pay the bill then afer we will provide services.
I am very disappointed by when company service.

I request to solve the problem.
