While taking the brodband connection they assure good connectivity but the service was not at all good .
because of that i requested company to fix the problem. but even after many complaints they not improved the service as they promised. So I paid all the bills on time even though i was not getting service, in July 2015 i requested my terminate my connection.

Suddenly in October lawyer from company called me and asked me to pay money for July 2015 to Oct 2015.
I explained him all the situation but he threaten me to take in court so i agreed to pay immediately 2034 Rs(Transaction ID for payment i done to company : 1111670324TPC181115025951) as a settlement money on condition to terminate all the account.

Now company still chasing me to pay money every month when i not used their services since July 2015. I have chased Tikona services for last 6 months but they are not helping me.
