I had requested for account termination on 24 August 2015. My billing cycle is 26th of every month. Since then I've made several requests to for account termination. Initially they put it on hold and later after calling them 15 times they switched it to closing state. Its been there in that state since last 2 months. The last bill I received was on 29th Oct which was of the amount 281. I had paid it the next day. And since then I've called them every week for termination and device collection. But they just don't do it. Since last week I've started receiving calls from Probably they recovery department. THey are scaring me that if I don't pay 300 rupees (I've not received any such bill, not at my address not in email) they will block all my id and spoil my credit rating. They customer care also doesn't allow me to get in to talk to executive. The automated machine just keeps me hanging for 20 – 25 mins.
Please look into the issue.I've been using tikona for 4 yeasrs, never missed a single billing cycle. Now after all that, this fellows are harassing me because I left they degrading service.
