I have been contacting Axis Bank since long for updating my Contact information in their records, as I have moved to USA for further studies from Mumbai, India. This update is required to access my own account from USA. But the bank officials are just redirecting me to different teams and not doing their job. Their behavior is rude and lame. Even the customer service and operations team is not entertaining the customer complaint.
Am getting huge difficulties accessing my Net Banking account due to this unresolved issue and which is creating problems for me. After so much of following up and communicating with them, I am left with no other option than filing a complaint in Grahak Suraksha forum.
Please look into this and help me out.
