Please check below brief for the issues in service of Mobile handset manufacturer/ service center;
Purchase Date: 25/09/2014
1st Complain Date: 10/06/2015 (Camera Issue)
2nd Complain Date: 17/06/2015 – 13/07/2015 (Carry forward first job sheet for touch-pad issue)
3rd Complain Date: 15/07/2015 – 18/08/2015 (Touch-pad issue)
4th Complain Date: 21/08/2015 – In process (Touch-pad issue)
As i have given handset to service center from last 3 months ago for repairing of Camera, which is converted into touch-pad issue due to improper service provided by Lenovo Service Center. If repairing is not properly done, they have to replace the handset. From last three month, i am not getting any proper response from company. Now i expect, company will change the handset due to manufacturing defect from their side.
Please do needful in this matter and expect justice from consumer court.
