My Complaint Description:
I have applied for a broadband connection at Kanpur from Reliance Broadband.
The payment along with all the necessary documents for the same was made by the undersigned on 25.09.2015. The confirmation mail for the same was received on the very next day i.e. on 26.09.2015.

However, till now i.e. on 12.10.2015 (which is more than two weeks from the date of the receipt of the confirmation email), the installation of the broadband is still pending.
In this regards, when I called up representatives of their office (who got in touch with me during the payment collection and plan offering) i.e. Shri Amitesh Dixit (Phone number: 7785867169, 9580651570) and his superior Shri Ajay Pandey (Phone number: 7052556462, 9305575361); initially they kept on making different excuses and later on they stopped picking up my calls at all.
I have made several complaints through your customer care (1800 300 7777) but to no avail. Each time, they say that the installation will be done within 48 hours, but nothing is happening.
This is also to be mentioned that, previously as well (almost two months back) I have applied for the same connection from your company, the payment for which I made on 09.08.2015). However, after some time it was told to me by their above mentioned two representatives that due to some technical issues, my request for the same could not be completed soon. So I opted for the cancellation of the request. They told me that the refund of the same will be received in a month's time. But the same is pending as well. For this request, no Customer Application Form number was not provided to me even on requesting many a times.
Afterwards, it was told to me that the issue has been resolved and I may apply again; for which i applied and still waiting for connection to be installed. The case of that is explained above.
This is the worst service in any regards, that I have received till date.
This is evident that due to their extremely pathetic service which has not yet installed the connection; and the above mentioned representatives not even bothering to respond my calls (they are even switching off their cellphones), i am facing a lot of problems.
In view of the above, you are requested to kindly do the needful to take up the issue.
