Respected Authority,
I am Tilak Viradiya writing this complain regarding poor customer services provide by Dlink india last Saturday on dated 8th- august-2015.I surfing for disable/unavailable wireless net services I use dlink router with you broadband net connection the internet connection is good and also working if net cable is direct connected to pc and modem.
I reboot/reset the router more than 15 times for Wi-Fi connectivity after I had call dlink customer care but there was completely irritation.I had call 3 times all time auto recorder speak that you are in queue your number is 15,12,19 etc and speak particular time like 15,20,12 minutes and tape was played continued .them 15-19 minutes change in to near to 2 hours .after that I was continue in queue but no reply from Dlink.I had screen shot of call duration and also video of phone.
Hope so you will consider my complain and understand my problem still I use net with you broadband modem still dlink is not working. I request to you that please as soon as possible take a strong action on it.
