HP Complaint – Laptop’s Screen Damage

My Complaint Description:
I had purchased laptop from HP authorised centre. At the time of purchase,they don't inform me about the accidental warranty formalities that I have to fill an additional ADP form for that.
And now when my laptop's screen get damaged then HP service centre says that you have not registered with ADP, So we can't give you accidental warranty. From 2 months I am contacting different service centres and keep calling to customer helplines. But they are not responding me with this my issue.
In addition I am facing heating problem, slow processor, system hanging and software support problems.
This kind of unprofessional behaviour will not accepted at all.
