My Complaint Description:
I have been a permanent customer of ifb and have always praised its after sales service with many people.But this time my experience has been pathetic.
I recently shifted to Mumbai. And suddenly some problem came in my washing machine.When I start my washing machine water starts filling in wash tub.and It doesn’t stop after the required level is filled.Due to this problem I lodged a complaint with your customer care on 27.08.2015.and same day technician came and changed some water level indicator part.he charged us for the part and took service charge tortal rs.1500 but even then the problem didn’t get resolved.He asked us to take amc on the same day and we took it.
On the second day on noticing the same problem I again called ifb people.Technician came after 2-3 days till then my clothes were lying in the washing machine giving bad odour in the whole bathroom.Again technician changed the same part.But things didn’t work .Again on 1st September I logdeda new complaint for same problem.Again a new person came and same part was changed thrice but problem persisted.today is 7th September iam still waiting for some senior technician who will identify what is the problem with my machine.Simply changing part again and again doesn’t make any sense.
I request you to kindly refer to my problem and kindly send some senior technician to check the machine and identify the problem in it.iam already following u with your call centre and franchise but everybody is giving me assurance that senior technician will come.but no one has come till now.
