Online website shopping name is Paytm.com .Purchase smartphone Micromax Unite A092 delivered.Next 4th day first time Product problem is automatically Power-Off And any time Screen touch Problem start. Immediately Contact Paytm toll no. man said this handset is new continue running automatically this problem is solve.otherwise handset more and more problem.so complaint again.
Second time Again complaint this time ask this problem and return answer Demand is D.O.A letter for this handset. And Product Returns in paytm.com .So I am going to Micromax customers Service asking this problem. Man said "We can not issue the D.O.A for this handset.because invoice Date is over 07 days. D.O.A Policy is valid for 07 days from Purchasing date of handset". Upload www.complaintboard.in D.O.A policy image is Proof with Stamp available. Issue by Micromax center ,Ambedkar Road,Computer Market, near Old Bus Stand GHZ
So, I am not available D.O.A letter.
