My Complaint Description:
Hii, My Name is Arif, I am a Prepaid user of Idea cellular from last 2 months. My mob number is 9924409577.
I am very upset on the services given by Idea, Firstly the internet usage is not given correctly i have recharged the Idea 3G internet services 4 times in 1 month for 1gb,1.25gb etc.. till date after demanding for the detailed usage i have not being given the actual usage summary till date. The customer care representative are very rude and donot have knowledge about the services they are providing.
Secondly the internet plans which are given are not being activated through IVR and SVIR although they have an option to do so. When i contact the customer service they tell me that i have to recharge and it cannot be done through my Phone, some executive says it can be activated through SVIR by dialing 121 and 1210 but none of them have the option for what i am looking for. This is ridiculous.
I am going to file a case according to the customer act and sue this company for all their wrong and malicious deeds. This is no way a fair thing to do. I have never experienced the same with Vodafone i love their customer service but they are expensive but now i understand why they charge for the same. I will also switch my number to Vodafone again as i am very disappointed with the services IDEA Cellualr is providing.
