My Complaint Description:
The below is the message drafetd to the airtel regarding the problems.

To whomsoever it may concern with

This is to intimate you regarding the poor and the worst customer support that we consumer are getting through your side. The problem I faced that without any intimation, my account was suspended. No doubt the company gave me a period of 1 month free for the subscription. My question was just to ask that WHY I DIDNT GOT ANY MESSAGE TO GET MY RECHARGE DONE. That's it.

The details of executives to whom with I had a conversation today since morning 11 a.m. and how they entertained me for the above question are as follows:

1. Ms. Kamla (Call centre no.: 07944448080) : She said me its not the company's fault it is technical fault that you are not getting message. We had sent you the messages.( She is talking like as if I am saying false and i intentionally avoided the message so as to put myself in trouble by not getting recharge done. Bullshit!!)

She then transferred call to Pragnesh Solanki(the worst fellow i talked with till date)

The same question i asked to Pragnesh and same rubbish answers i was getting. Even he was so senseless and full of attitude to talk with me. He even asked me if you want to complaint go ahead i will give you the contact number and email id. (What Bullshit!) (My question to Bharti Airtel, Why they hire such a person who is not accountable to the customer?)

Still I avoided those things as IT MIGHT BE REALLY A TECHNICAL FAULT.

But the problem didnt stopped here,

Next problem was i asked regarding the recharge amount to the same person to continue the same service and package for annual, Pragnesh answered me that you need to recharge your account with Rs. 5240 to continue the same package. I said OKAY and disconnected the call.

Within span of 10 minutes had recharged my account with Rs. 5500 so as to activate same package on my account.

Then i again called to airtel dth toll free no. 07944448080. This time Nita Bhandari was online. When I asked her to activate the same package for 1 year she asked me that it will charge Rs. 5940. Change in package price within 10 minutes!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! (When i asked her hows that possible the tone suddenly changes as if the customer had only option of airtel dth in the whole market.)

Then i contacted other number 02044448080 adn talked with Satyendra, that fellow was proper and entertained me with well manners. But he also gave me false commitment to resolve my problem that it will be sorted out within 4 hours.)

Then I waited for 5 hours and again called back on 02044448080, then i had a talk with himanshu the team leader from lucknow. He tried to understand the problem asked me to wait for one more day to resolve my problem which i denied and asked him to sort out by today. The answer i got back from him was as if he is threatening me, " Mujhe bhi apse waise hi baat na karni pade jaise aur customer executives ne ki, agar aap aise na chahte ho to ek din ka waqt do"

He then asked me to give me the update within 2 hours.

Then Himanshu again called me from the said no. 08400001184 and still he asking that by tomorrow evening you will get your problem resolved.

Justify for the above condition.

I want justification even from all the executives who had talked with me.

I am also having the call records which i can even send it to you.

I want refund of all the call charges which i met through out the day for explaining the same story again and again.

Am even drafting the same message to GRAHAKSURAKSHA against airtel dth for such a harrasment.
