Paytm have missold a product to me worth Rs- 25999/-, Google Nexus 9, Paytm have verbally confirmed it to me that this tablet has a voice calling feature and also their website misleads the customer about the same voice call feature.
Post receiving the product after i came to know this doesn't have voice calling, I have been chasing paytm for the returns & refund, I have spoke to 5 CCR's & 3 Manager's still no response.
Only one response Paytm provide's is:
" We would like to inform you that this issue is being escalated to concerned team and we will revert back to you within 24-48 hours. "
This issue was escalated this on 20th Aug, Still they are providing the solution…
