My Complaint Description:
I had purchased Dr.Aquaguard (Magna) from Eureka forbes in month of August. The day we purchased this product it continuously giving us problem. We had complained several times within 6 months for leakage problem.Each complaint was resolved after 15 days due to unavailability of parts. Same leakage problem had raised on 23rd Dec 2015. I had logged complaint online complaint id: 0084606917 and my call was attended on 27th Dec2015. After 2 days same problem arises. Till today my complained is not attended even after communicating with Technical head. I sincerely request to take necessary action at the earliest and give justice to us.

  1. I am facing similar problem with RO water purifier purchased couple of months back. It is giving continuous problem. But Eureka Forbs engineer don’t come promptly.Very poor service. One should avoid purchase of Eureka forbes products
