My Complaint Description:
Dear sir,
As a loyal buyer of Honda Amaze model car, it appears the quality of your vehicles has gone down or my luck has run out and I got a lemon.
On 30/07/2015, I purchased a Honda Amaze Diesel 1.5 Vx MT having chassis no. MAKDF25KFFN101511 at Pioneer Honda dealership in Gandhidham. Within days, I began to experience the following problems related to the vehicle:
1. Polluted outside air is coming in through ac blowers
2. Doors are making noise during jump and vibrate at some speed
3. Clutch is making noise while operating.

I attempted to resolve the issues with the dealership three to four times during every service of my car (also mentioned these problems in my job card every time), but they still unable to short out problems. Even I have complained many times at Honda121 but disappointed from their work.
I am certain these employees are not the type of people you want representing your fine company. Moreover, I know that you stand by your vehicles, and the one I purchased is clearly not up to company standards.
I have suffered a great deal of personal hardship, including lost wages and emotional distress, trying to resolve this issue. Please immediately investigate how this has occurred and contact me at your earliest convenience so we can discuss appropriate compensation.
Looking forward to quick action within 7 days in this regards from your side, otherwise I have to go for legal steps under Consumer Protection Act through Consumer court.
