My Complaint Description:
this complain is against the bajaj finance limited and particularly its credit manager Ms Pooja Shah who hide critical information before disbusement of salaried flexi loan. I had applied for a 5 lacs flexi term loan from the company and I had been told that i will be charged only basis the usage. Amount was credited into my account and after rigorous follow up they shared teh virtual account number to repay it. that too after 2 days and i got charged for these days!! they also deducted advance emi which is done in normal personal loan!! in spite of my regular mail to their grievance team, they are not responding and clarifying my queries.

Even they charged 6000 rs as PF and I want to foreclose it, I am unable to get any response from them and unable to close it. They are cheating and forcing me to pay interest and showing the lower available balance in spite of my complete repayment of 5 lacs.

I request you people to help me as they are really not helping, their customer care number gets auto disconnect every time I call. their customer care says that they will convey my problems with grievance team but all failed. I have no hope left.
