Above mentioned is my order details for the given item. As I have already made an online payment of Rs. 399/- from my HDFC BANK debit card while booking the order, but no payment receipt of that has been given to me. My online payment ID is ASKME60419 at MUMBAI. Since I have already made the payment the delivery boy is asking me for another Rs. 399/- else they won't give me my purchased item. And when I complaint about this to their registered customer care no.(04444444444) they are saying that ask me bazaar is not responsible for your lose. And asking me to wait for 7-10 days for payment refund. And when I asked about my product then they replied that I can't get the product. So basically they kept my money for about 20-25 days and didn't give me any product. I need compensation for all this mess created by Ask Me Bazaar. Please do the needful.
