i was using tata photon whiz for internet usage, and was able to recharge earlier through photon's website worth Rs. 1111, still the same plan is available on the site but not able to recharge, further i sent mails to customer care of photon and didn't get satisfied answer, they are clamming that this recharge is not available for my number and i have to recharge worth rs. 444 only. i think they don't satisfied the customers. The things which are available on site actually it is not being served practically.

    since last 2 months i sent so many mails to [email protected] for my query but they are not giving me proper solution and every time they asked me to recharge worth rs. 444 only, when i asked them if the plan of 1111 is available then why i m not able to recharge it and they didn’t reply me on that and told me that only 444 rs plan is available for my number. please take this issue seriously and give me the satisfied solution on it as soon as possible.

    Can you tell me by what time i will get my solution? since from long time i m facing this problem and due to this problem my routine work got unstable and i m facing so many problems. reply me as soon as possible.
