DEAR SIR

I HAVE BUY MIXER JUICER FROM SHOP CJ 4/11/2015 AND HIS DELIVERY TO ME 2 TO 3 DAYS THIS DATE AND SAME DAY I CHECK PRODUCT BUT PRODUCT DID'NT WORK PROPERLY. I CALL CUSTOMER CARE AND HE SAID ME EXCHANGE PRODUCT I SAID OK AFTER 3 TO 5 DAY HIS DELIVERY EXCHANGE PRODUCT.AND I OPEN ON HIS PRODUCT IT'S COMPANY BOY IT NOT WORKING I SEND COURIER MEN TO GET BACK THIS PRODUCT. I CALL SHOP CJ AND GIVE ME REFUND I CANT SATISFIED THIS PRODUCT AND LAST 25 DAYS I CONTACT FOR REFUND HIS TOLD ME TODAY TOMORROW BUT NO ONE CAN GIVE RIGHT ANSWER AND CAN'T COLLECT PRODUCT MY HOME. LAST 25 DAY I CALL EVERY 15 TO 20 MINUTE PHONE ON HOLD AFTER SAID CALL BACK TO BUT NO PHONE CALL HIS DOING.BUY MOBILE BALANCE SPEND ALSO 500/- SO PRODUCT 2300/- MOBILE BILL 500/- TOTAL 2800/-
