(1) Sub standard faulty product provided to the customer.
(2) Not shown interest to solve the problem.
(3) Fraud in provided wrong & unexcited number.

After giving the device at the company service center more than three times for repairing my device
,I-ball I-slide i701, I am really disgusted with the iball company as the same problem is repeating again and again and again. The product is highly faulty, yet I have to face this problem time and again of going to service center and wasting my time.
After how many more failures will the product be replaced with a better one.
Kindly provide me with a new higher product as provide a better product , I am even ready to pay the difference.
If you do not provide satisfactory service hereafter, I will have no other choice but to go to legal .
Now if we don't get any proper reply with action then we compel to take action against your organization.
