My Complaint Description:
I am from Surat. I am using Internet from Tikona Digital Network. I have a network problem from 26th October, 2015. I complained about the problem in customer care on that day. Since that day, they are not assigning any technician to solve my problem. I am a student and I need internet for my online exams preparations daily 5-6 hours. I have to go for a cyber cafe for that every day. Even when I am calling every day from 29th October 2015, they are just telling me that the technician will be assigned today and he will visit till evening. But yet, they didn't assign. I asked them to cancel my account and to return my money according to usage, but they are not even replying on that. So I can't even buy a new internet service from other provider due to my money are in their hand. I am totally got stuck. Please help me to get my problem solved. Hope for the Justice.
