My Complaint Description:
I have register a complaint for LG split Ac thag Ac is not giving a proper cooling on set point.
Technician has came but they arr giving excuses that if you cant get cooling keep set point more lower.
I have shown then AC is not giving proper cooling on 25 set point in whole room so they told me to keep it lower sode and do not try to find out technical problem.
I keep the set point on 23 but still the problem is same and they are not ready to solve this issue just they are arguing that you keep the set point more down.
And they close my complaint without my signature lime there is no value of customer signaturd on their service report.
If the Qc is not giving cooling on 23 set point also then is that meaning to Buy this kind of LG PRODUCT?
I have talked with Customer card officer Trupti Patel. She has inform me that they will provide me senior technician today.
But without providing any technician i got message from LG that your complaint was close satisfactory.
EVEN the installation also has not been done as per process according to booklet which is given with LG ac.
Vijay sales from where I have purchased this AC they have told me that you have registered the complaint your own way so we cant do anythig in it thus they are also not ready to help me.
so kindaly do some needful things ao they have some fear that if they will not give the service which they deserve then customer also can treat them properly.
