My Complaint Description:
Dear Sir/Madam,
I had purchased a XIAOMI MI Note (3G) handset from Flipcart.com Order ID: OD101497429433022700 as on date 9/12/2014. I find some color dots on screen, so i visited MI customer care center (Ensure support Service India Limited, Surat) on 8/12/2015. My work Order ID from surat customer care is SUR/XM/15/06689. The engineer from the service center checked my handset and told me that your screen must be replaced to re solve your problem and he conformed that this is under warranty. After around 12-15 days, when i call to MI customer care center (surat) they told me that our customer care center is totally closed and your call to repair phone is closed from the server, So i called XIAOMI Customer care Number 1800 10 36286, they told me that please take your mobile phone from Customer Care Center (Surat) and take PICMI service to repair your phone under warranty, as surat customer care center Totaly Closed is not my problem its company's problem, So i take PICMI service on 4/1/2016 and my PICMI ID is 9000009093. After a few days later I received a mail that i have to pay Rs. 4273 to repair my display as my phone not under warranty, but i have already take PICMI service after conformation with XIAOMI INDIA that my phone is repair under warranty because Surat Customer Care Center is Closed and PICMI service is the last option to repair my phone. They sent my mobile with out repair so i regret to take mobile from PICMI and again sent it back to PICMI. Now when i call MI CARE they told me that parts is not available and your Phone is repair under warranty but take some time, they also told me that they will revert me call but they are not response me that from how much time they take to repair my phone as its been around one and half month that i am without my handset. They give me a customer ID No as 914402. They also told that their team is working on it and my problem is highlighted but response from their site is still confusing, so sir please give me help to take my phone back with repair of display.
