Myself Sandip Delwadkar resident of Delwada, Ta: Valod, Dist: TAPI.I am customer of your company since last December & I have subscribed 1Mbps plan from D2V Isp company( for the period 18/12/2014 to 18/12/2015).
Within a few days of subscription quality of service starts degrading ( viz. no connectivity, Slow speed — a normal chat message requires more then a five seconds to be sent, an image of less then 500 KB needed almost two to three retries to get download & almost 10 to 15 attempt to get uploaded).
I found its unusual for broadband plan having bandwidth of 1Mbps.So I contact D2V customer care numbers given to me by engineers who installed connection devices at my home.
Every time customer care executives says that engineer will visit your place & sort out the problem. But till date no engineer has visited the my place for the problem solving.
I am illustrating all the steps I have taken to get solve the problems of no slow speed as well as no connectivity.
I have registered a complain in month of January ( almost around 17 or 18 of January 2015).
No engineer of your company have visited the place for solving the problem.
Some time internet works fine means connectivity was there but slow speed was still problem.
In between I have approached your customer care number of many times– following are the outcome.
No one is attending the call or Given assurance that everything will be fine as our engineer will work on the issue.
unfortunately slow speed problem was not sorted out yet.
In the month of February 2015, for almost a week your service was very pathetic.
Almost no connectivity and if connected then no speed at all. This problem was continued in the month of March as well.
So again I called your customer care numbers and registered the complain. ( In between 10 — 13 th March 2015)
Again same assurance was given to me that our engineer will sort it out.
After that for a few day everything works fine and again problem of slow speed start.
I have started ignoring the issues n problems of slow connectivity then.
But yesterday night ( 22/06/2015) Internet stopped working around 8:38 pm and was not working till today early in the morning ( 23/06/2015).
Now I am fade up with the services provided by D2V Isp company.
Even companys Customer care email address are dummy or not working.([email protected])
