My Complaint Description:
Respected Panel, My name is Prasad and I had purchased this product online from PAYTM.COM (Borosil Set Of 3 Small Combination Square Dish With Lid 850 Ml Mixing Bowl 500 Ml Easygrip Casserole 1.1 Ltr), the deal the company offered is 40% cashback on the total 2000rs value of product. I liked the deal and went ahead and purchased the product paying upfront from my bank account on 23rd Jul '15 1:36 pm (ORDER NO. 111913206623 ) the cash back of RS 800 was credited to my account on 30th July'15 and the product got delivered at by doorstep on 31st july but in damaged condition hence I did not accept the shipment and returned the product without unpacking . I immediately wrote to PAYTM to inform the seller and send me the new one, they told me that they don't have a return policy and hence will be refunding my remaining amount. I informed PAYTM that they either send a fresh product or return my full money back as the cashback was already used for other purchases. They are not giving any resolution and are only giving assurance that they will take strict action against the courier company and this will never repeat. I have all required documented proof of interaction on email regarding this mislead.
I request strict action against the company selling this product online and fooling customers & demand the full refund of my money. such website should be banned when they have been doing huge branding investment behind the India Cricket Team with BCCI.
I have lot of concern if products are genuinely sold on this website, I have one of my friend complaining duplicate AXE deo sent to him from PAYTM few days back. The Cash back deals on this website are jaw dropping and attractive and lot of customers may be falling prey to such deals and finally feel the loss.

Respected panel ,my name is Lovely Chawla ,, I had ordered a silkone’s designer black mallika printed party and casual wear Georgette saree for new look ,, quantity 1 price 250/- which was received to me on 23 October 2016 but unfortunately I received it in damaged condition . It was somewhere torned from inside . I request u to change that product as soon as possible .paytm order I’d.2145665324 .I hope u will do the needful at the earliest..
