My Complaint Description:
I recharge via paytm on my 91737652 my uninor number with 99.00 Rs special 19000 all india sec, on 24 august 10:37 pm but at this time amount was deducted from bank account and recharge failed at that time.

Now due to imergency i again made 99.00 Rs recharge on same number and that recharge successful.

After 1 or more hours recharge again done from paytm and due to this late recharge i lost 99rs, 19000 sec and also lost 21days validity which was my second succeful recharge which is from ICICI imobile app.

I told this issue paytm via email support, but they are arguing and excusing on every email, they dont understand whats is problem and not helping, after 26 Days passed from order and dozens of email send the bagger and fruad compnay paytm only credited 30rs.

Now, i am tired from this issue, and just fruad compnay paytm i want to complain in court. Now i dont need money i want to complaint in consumer court. Please suggest me and help me.

if paytm credit 99 rs to my account still i am not satisfy with paytm fraud and bagger company simply i want to teach lesson to paytm.

I also read my complain on paytm about they money refund which money deducted and bill and dtc and other recharge never paid to network operator and paytm never returned to customer back.
