My Complaint Description:
I would like to inform you that, I am using dish TV connection since last one year. My DishTV VC No.: 01518045614. As on 4th July 2015, I have made a payment of Rs.1500. to recharge my DishTV connection through my ICICI bank VISA debit card. (Payment Transaction No. VIN/ONLINE RECH/20150704225815/0). I have checked and confirmed through Bank authority for payment, and they confirmed that online transaction is completed and payment is also debited from my account.
But, since today (9th July 2015) my DishTV connection is switched off and showing Zero balance in account.
In last 4-5 days I am continuously trying to contact online call-center no. & registered the complain as follow;
1. On 6th July. Complain Reference No.: 228534584. – Not solved. – Complaint closed without informing me by sms/call.
2. On 7th July. Complain Reference No.: 228737244. – Not solved. – Complaint closed without informing me by sms/call.
3. On 8th July. Complain Reference No.: 228856101. – Not Solved. – Complaint closed without informing me by sms/call.
In spite of so many phone calls and complaint registration neither my problem is solved nor my money is refunded. I am very much disappointed with dish tv services and under mental stress due to all these problems occurred by dish tv.
