HI,
This is Tinku, actually i had received one sms from aircel that if you recharge Rs.135 than get 150 talk time and get also 150mb 2g data on 31.12.2015. so I recharged on 1.1.2016 before recharge this amount first talk to aircel customer care for confirmation.they told me yes you can recharge and get benefit this.
but when compld recharged don't get the amount in main balance.after I contact the customer care they denied and say sorry.
when i want to refund money or the amount go for main balance they told the amount credit in DA balance, that i can't use for roaming.in this type of problem face in few days ago.
So, I request to you please help me.
