Sevice provider – TATA SKY , subscriber id – 1032500728
Subject – Due to company system reset problem , my recharge amount goes on different subscriber id.
Dear Grahak surakha team,
My name is Vijay Chauhan son of Harshadray Chauhan. i recharged my TATA SKY TV 200/- rs on indicated subscriber id which is different than my actual subscriber id yesterday evening. i thought it might be possible that it's change due to some reason from TATA sky. so i recharge it from freecharge site(online)that different id but it didnt rechrge. so i call sevice center yesterday and told them all the thing what happened. he(call center representative) said me its system problem. our system is reseting now so its show different subscriber id. so that tomorrow one person call me for this issue and your balance will be update. but till evening i dont receive call today so i again call service center and ask about it. he said it will take some time around 9-10 working days.
is it good answer??
means 9-10 day i can not see my TV. completely irresponsible from them mistake, why i suffer from their mistake?
please resolve my problem.
