AS WE ALL KNOWS THAT AMAZON.IN IS ONE OF THE INDIA'S WELL KNOWN ONLINE SELLING COMPANY BUT THIS WELL KNOWN COMPANY CHEATING AND DOING FRAUD WITH THE CUSTOMERS AS PER MY EXPERIENCE WITH THIS COMPANY.. I HAVE PURCHASED A MOBILE PHONE, AFTER IT MOBILE PHONE WAS DELIVERED TO MY DOOR STEP BUT WHEN I SAW THE PRODUCT IS NOT SUITABLE AS PER MY REQUIREMENT THEN I HAVE REQUESTED FOR RETURN OF PRODUCT AND IN ORDER TO THIS AMAZON.IN WILL REFUND MY MONEY TO THE MY BANK ACCOUNT..BUT THEY DIDN'T ARRANGE RETURN FACILITY TO PICK UP PRODUCT TO MY HOME THEN AGAIN I CONTACT TO CUSTOMER CARE DEPARTMENT AND THEY TOLD ME THAT YOU HAVE TO RETURN PRODUCT VIA COURIER SERVICES AND WE WILL PAY YOU COURIER CHARGES..THEN I COURIER THE PRODUCT TO SELLER AS PER AMAZON.IN CUSTOMER CARE DEPARTMENT SUGGESTED ME.
BUT AFTER ALL THIS AMAZON.IN DID NOT REFUND ME COURIER CHARGES AS WELL AS MY MONEY.
TILL TODAY I AM FIGHTING WITH AMAZON.IN FOR REFUND MONEY, NOW THE SCENARIO IS AMAZON.IN TOOK PRODUCT BACK AS WELL AS THEY ARE NOT REFUNDING MY MONEY WHICH I PAID TO AMAZON.IN FOR PURCHASING THIS MOBILE PHONE AND COURIER CHARGES WHICH I SPENT TO COURIER PRODUCT TO THE SELLER.
AMAZON.IN CHEATED ME AND THEY ARE DOING FRAUD WITH CUSTOMERS…
