My Complaint Description:
I am using Eureka Forbes products from long time. I had Reviva RO and service contract for the same from 27 jun 2014 to 26 jun 2016 (contract receipt no. 1023613778).
I just enquired about new model of RO and sales engineer Mr. Atik Sirgar visited me. He told me that if I buy new machine, I will get refund of money of my service contract on prorata basis. I agreed and bought new machine (Geneus model, order no. 431034242, date 24 nov 2014, customer ID 1011619831)
After sometime, I did follow up with Atik for refund. He told me that now you will not get refund and when warranty of new machine will expire, company will extend service of 13 months. I said OK please give me letter stating the same. Till date I have not received refund or letter of extension of service. I did many follow up including their top Bose's but no response. I feel cheated by Eureka Forbes.
