I am Darshak K Patel from Mahemdabad, Dist-Kheda. I have just opened SB account in Canara Bank Mahemdabad Branch on 22nd Jan 2016. My SB Account No. 6134101000280 & Customer ID- 102202038. Today I have requested for cheque Book which is required for my SIP in mutual fund. But Manager of Bank replied that Cheque book will be issued after 2-3 months.Then he told me that transfer 10,000 Rs. in your SB account and i will be issued cheque book after 2 months or show me previous bank statement for your SIP deduction then i will decide.So,Please take action against this behavior or give me the proof of this rule.
