I am using Airtel LTE 4G since 7-8 Months in Pimple Saudagar location, Pune. I have activated 10GB plan for almost 1122 Rs/Month and and my per month average consumption is 7-8 GB and I loose almost 2GB everymonth, that is absolutely not an issue for me. But the issue here stands is this month due to some work purpose I have consumed almost 90% of my activated plan i.e 9GB and still there are 5 days left in renewing the plan but I was in blur that I will manage this 5 days with 1GB of internet to make my work done but I got shocked that company automatically depreciates the last GB speed to 2g instead of 4g and now I am unable to even access a website completely, how the hack I can do my work on it. This is seriously ridiculous, If I am paying you full amount for something and if you are committing me to provide full service what I have paid for, than I should receive a complete package of it and not the partial one. Have I asked for my unused data money back till date than why you people atleast provide the service what you commit for. This is seriously a BIG SCAM making a customer fool and looting them. If you think it is not a BIG SCAM then let me calculate for you. Say for 10 GB=10240 MB 4g I am paying you approax 112.2 Rs and for Last 1GB i.e 1024 MB you are making data speed to 2g which any how resists customer to atleast complete its usage and probably makes his data unused say approax 500 MB = 56.1/Customer. Say you have like ~30 lacs customer in India which pays you full plus makes you profit from this unused 2g data of almost 1683 Lacs Rupees i.e 1,68,300,000 Rs which is most probably enough to pay all of its employees and this amount is from committed unserved paid service of customers. I have snapshots of all of it showing speed and time(At night 12:38 pm) of day and remaining plan in %, I cant attach with this complaint as there is no option for it. I am asking my 1GB 4g now or pay all my money back. choice is yours. Shrey Mathuria(Pune)
