This is regarding my permanent mobile number blocked by vodafone. Below are the details about whole case what happened and what procedure I have done.

On 18th september I got an SMS to submit the document for my working number in three days. On 22nd It stopped working as the vodafone company stopped services for that number. On 23rd I have visited vodafone store located at bopal and I have explained the situation and submitted all necessary documents and They gave me new sim card on 25th. They send the new generated kit (same number) and sent to surat distributor on 1th, October. This is information I get from bopal vodafone store. I am daily visiting vodafone store twice a day and tired of that because I am not getting any other response than it is in process.

I am not aware about the process but my permanent contact number is stopped working which I want to get back to working codition as soon as possible. I request you to register my complaint and please try to get it resolved.
