My Complaint Description:
My Data card was not working problem regarding WiFi not working so i
submitted my data card to care center .
The number of my MTS data card is 8104536993.
Job no – VIASCRJ044J162
Date of submition of data card :- 8/6/2015
Date of recieving of data card :-20/6/2015.
I requested for waiver on dated 10/7/2015 with refrence no. 3324295 but
it closed without informing me and i didn't got the waiver.
I again requested for waver on date 4/8/2015 with refrence no. 3702843
this time also the request is closed.
I had also contacted the mts shop.They also didn't gave me
satisfactory answer and asked to pay the bill generated.
I am waiting since 3 months but i still didn't got the waiver.
Now the costumer care is telling that they can't give waiver for first 7 days as per company rule. Than i asked for waiver for rest 5 days as the dongle was not with me for 12 days.
This time also they are telling that bill is generated and we can't give waiver.
