I have submitted my mobile Karbonn Titanium Octane plus for repair purpose at Karbonn authorised service station Yas Telecom on 23.10.2015.But till date is's not repaired by them.Upon asking them they are simply replying it will be done and talking in harsh words and not giving positive feedback.I hve also submitted my complain in Grahak Suraksha office in surat in written.The receipt no for repair is KJASPGT0501015KR14695.Imie no for the mobile is 911352900242119.
Please take necessary action and do the needful.
