My Complaint Description:
While Travelling in spicejet flight my bag damaged in check in baggage.. I registered complain for replacemebt of Bag there only but support staff said I will get full reimbursement. I got Rs 500 instead against damage done to my Rs 2999/- Bag. I have communicated time & again through email & handwritten letters but didn't received any reply . I refused to accept Rs 500 check as it was autocratic decision from Spicejet Limited.
