I HAVE PURCHASED SAMSUNG S6 EDGE MOBILE IMEI NO.359670066052017, I ALSO PURCHASED SYSKA GADGET SECURE INSURANCE AT THAT TIME.ON 01/09/2015 MY PHONE HAS BEEN DAMAGED AND I HAVE FILED CLAIM WITH SYSKA VIDE CIN NO.1509016954,MY PHONE WAS PICKED UP FROM MY RESIDENCE ON 10/09/2015 BY MR ASHWIN EMPLOYEE OF SYSYKA..AFTER VERIFICATION ON 18/09/2015 MY CLAIM WAS APPROVED BY SYSKA GADGET SECURE.BUT TILL TODAY 09/10/15 MY PHONE HAS NOT BEEN REPAIRED ,I HAVE TALKED SO MANY TIMES ON CUSTOMER HELPLINE NO.OF SYSKA BUT I HAVE NOT GOT PROPER REPLY FROM THEM ,SO I TALKED WITH ASHWIN THE PERSON WHO PICKED UP MY PHONE AND HE TOLD ME THAT SYSKA IS NOT PAYING OLD O/S AMT TO SAMSUNG SERVICE STATION SINCE LONG TIME THAT IS WHY SERVICE STATION IS NOT REPAIRING, NEITHER YOUR NOR ANYBODY'S PHONE.AFTER THAT TODAY I HAVE TALKED WITH SENIOR EXECUTIVE MISS.KAJAL ND SHE TOLD YES THERE IS SOME FUND PROBLEM SO UR PHONE IS NOT REPAIRING.

SO PLEASE LOOK INTO THE MATTER AND HELP ME GET MY MOBILE REPAIRED AND DELIVERED BACK TO ME AT EARLIEST.
