My Complaint Description:
Respected sir,
I have purchased TOSHIBA LED TV on dated 01/05/2013. It is in warranty period . Suddenly in My TV there is a problem in screen display. I have raised the complain by customer care with complain number SR8G0026060 and customer care assign person to look after the problem.

Assign person contacted me and asked me to send screen shot of my LED and he confirmed me that you LED is under warranty and within 7 days we will change the Panel screen or LED. Then after he came and said we will not repair you LED because problem your LED is not in warranty though he confirmed me earlier by checking that it will repair.

The person is talking very rudely and he has not fear of any Grahak Surakhsha .
