My Complaint Description:
Dear Sir / Madam,
I had procured Android, Spice MI-508, from Homeshop 18 wide Order ID no: 956616701 , its IMEI no: 911353105440227 on date: 23-10-2014.
I had problem in its Network, Hanging, Touch not working . I had submitted my mobile at Authorized service center at Ghaziabad on 7-3-2015 for its repair, and I was informed that this problem cannot be solved here and it needs to be sent to company's authorized center for repair. After a month I had received back my mobile and upon checking found that problem was not resolved.
So, in next week, again the mobile was handed over to Authorized service center at Ghaziabad to rectify the problem. After a couple of weeks, I was informed that my mobile is repaired and ready to be delivered to me from Surat. So, I arranged to pick up my mobile phone from Ghaziabd spice service center. Upon checking my mobile at service center it was noticed that the problem was not solved. So, the mobile was again submitted back for repair.
In last week I was informed by SMS that my mobile phone is received from company after repair and is ready to be picked up by me. I arranged to pick up my mobile from authorized service center . Upon checking the mobile at your service center, it was found that still the problem was not solved.
Again the mobile was submitted service center for proper repair with the same complain of network & hanging of handset.
The same process i have done seven times.
I have written so many mails and so many calls to customer care but still problem was not resolved.
recently i have submitted my handset to service centre datd 10.10.15 for same problem facing from march,15.

Since, the Authorized center has failed to repair my mobile in 7 times attempts, I had requested to give me REPLACEMENT mobile and settle the issue, which is in warranty period. She has not given me any clear answer to my request and had informed me that the matter shall be decided by seniors of the company and will be informed to you within next 8-10 working days. Further she had denied to give me the names of company's Executives, so that I can pursue the matter with competent authority.
After all this chaos, I am very much dis-satisfied by the service and behavior of the Authorized service center.
Since seven months have passed and the Authorized service center is unable to repair my mobile, I request you to look into the matter and give me REPLACEMENT under warranty period.
