My Complaint Description:
We have purchased Refrigerator in 23-05-2015. Within week there is problem of defrost. After so many complain to Samsung they will change defrost button. After some week there is problem of leakage of water when we deforst. Again we have complained to samsung and did lots of follow up then after their engineer came took pic of refrigerator and said we will revert soon. But still we have no received any reply from Samsung company after doing so many call to their customer care. Every day we call to samsung customer care for the solution of problem but still there is no positive answer from Samsung.
