My Complaint Description:
I purchased the Samsung Galaxy S4 GT I9500 through Amazon.in. on 7th May 2015. Since Beginning, phone was overheating while use like call or internet browsing. I thought it is normal. However over a period due to heating my phone battery was not running for long time and require frequent charging. On 3rd October 2015 (Saturday) while browsing internet, my phone screen was suddenly disappeared and since then i am not able to see anything on it. I approached Samsung Service center (SHREE RAM KRISHNA ENTERPRISE, Shivranjani, Ahmedabad, Gujarat) on 6th October 2015 (Tuesday) for repair as phone is in warranty. My Token Number was 41. However, the authorized person has refused to repair it and showing the reason of physical damage and also he is charging 8600 Rupees for repair. Also I have talked with the Samsung Customer care for the same and the person has denied to replace LCD screen under warranty. There is not even a scratch on my phone. but company refused to repair it. They are correlating the very minute dent on the phone as a reason of LCD damage which is not the case as there is no relation between dent and LCD.
