My Complaint Description:
Since the past 15 days my broad band connection worked intermittently and have complained several times but found that service was not rendered as should have been. For the record they have always been poor and there is some disruption every week which takes a couple of days to resolve but this time my broadband is not working since 6 days . changing the cable router etc has not solved the problem. Emails to help desk bonce back as the mailbox is always full. Emails to nodal officer are not replied. The nodal officer cannot be contacted as they have not provided number.the call center people refuse to pass call to superior.i have paid 6000 for 260 GB out of which have used only 61 GB. If my problem is solved I want them to increase the due date by 15 days or if they are unable to solve refund my balance according to unused GB. My customer is is 1259113
