My Complaint Description:
This is Bhargava Gajula,I have purchased Intex Aqua Life 3 mobile with IMEI no:911464401601527, on 15/11/2015 at LOT mobiles,Hyderabd
I have seen continuous display blink issue from the day of purchase when brightness is kept optimal. So,
I have a returned the handset to nearest Intex service center that is Hari mobiles,Kukatapally,Hyderabad with Job sheet No : 512055764019T001 on 05/Dec/2015 (20 days from purchase date)
Even though it's been 45 days from the time I have given at service center ,I have-not received my handset and I have been given absurd reasons every time I visited the service center ..I have visited the service center 9 times till today and yet not get the handset.. I have called Intex Customer Care toll free 8 times till now and even made operator to talk with service center personnel.Yet there is no progress.
I have been told that my complaint has been escalated 2 times at Intexcustomercare end and the deadline for the 2nd escalation is on 20january 2016.However I have not yet received handset from service center..and neither received any call back from you or your senior personnel regarding my complaint escalation or my handset.
Even today ( i.e dated 21/jan/2016,I have called customer care toll free number and hari mobiles for the status) However I havenot received any proper reason or due date of my handset return.
If this is the case you deal with customer..I would like to take this issue to legal proceedings.
Expecting your reply and proper reason and the date you will provide me handset at proper condition.
