I have ordered a Analog Watch from flipkart.
Got the delivery but when opened the box found wrong Brand and an old watch then i called to Customer care and have raised a complaint then the Customer care people have said that they are arranging the reverse pick up.
Then reverse pick up has been done and gave use the reverse pick up slip.
When i have called at Customer care then Customer care people have said that your refund has been initiated on 6th Feb and will reflect in your account till 12th Feb but nothing reflected.
Then again i have called to Customer care then some one flirt picked the call and when i asked that where is my refund then he said sir we want 24 hours more then i said that do you know how RBI works in NEFT transfer then he disconnected the call on me.
Again i have called at Customer care then again some one have picked the call then i asked him that how come you people disconnect the call on Customer face then he said Sir i do not know how…?
Then i shouted and asked that what kindly of services you are providing then again he disconnected the call on me.
Again i have called on Customer care then some one picked the call and i have asked her that How come you people disconnect the call on customers face then she just said SORRY.
When asked her about my refund then she said that Sir its initiated today ie on 11th then i asked how come is this possible which means that you people have made fool to me by saying that your refund was initiated on 6th then she could not say anything then too i said ok tell me when will i get my refund then she said that it will tale next 24 hours.
Again i called on 14th then some one have picked the call and when i asked about her then again she said that sir it will take next 24 hours more.
When i said lady just transfer the call to your supervisor then she kept me on hold once then again she came and said that Sir it will take 24 hours then again i said her to provide me your senior then again she said just be on hold and this game goes on for at least 2 hours.
I mean Disgusting……………………………………………………………………………..
What the bullshit services you people are providing………….
Need to file a complaint and want a compensation of this whole scenario…………
