My name is Natwarlala Chhaganbhai patel and My tata sky ID 1017428903 & RMN 09979171359
Date 24/7/2015 I recharge my DTH Tata sky ICICI Bank online internet banking Transaction Remark BIL/000805505257/D051017428903/101742890 Rs. 10,000/- but by mistake I recharge to excess amount my tata sky account please give me a back a my RS 10,000 in my back account (See the attachment bank mini statement)

In this problem regarding 20 to 30 time talk with tata sky exertive officer.
Finally they are agree to revise my money in my same back account they confirming by mail
10/08/2015 tata sky revise money In my account With reference your transaction ID TP1507240295417507 and transaction Date 10/08/2015 with receipt id 150724390994802 I talk with ICICI bank Executive Officer he say me icici bank not receive the payment of Rs 10,000/- from Tata sky

As this matter i talk to tata sky exertive officer he say me ones again date 04/09/2015 he say me to tata sky revise payment 10,000/- credit in my account 3 to 4 days but I did not received my payment

I do not receive my payment
