MTS Complaint – Still My Number Is Running When I Sent Mail To Deactive It.

My Complaint Description:
Respected Sir,

My Name is Maulik Parmar. I had purchased MTS 3G+ dongle (No :- 9137231613) on dated ,
When I did not get speed as per he said(Upto 10 Mbps) . I called customer care executive,
He said "I cannot raise my complain because I am getting 700kbp".
Its 7% speed. So told him to deactive my device. I dont want it.
He replied "He can not deactive my device. I have to sent mail to deactive."
So I sent mail to deactive my device .
I got call about mail and customer care executive asked me number of device as I entered wrong number in mail.
He said me no problem I would get your number from mail id.
But My device is still activated.
They sent me bill. When customer care executive came to me I ready to pay bill with surety.
But After 15 days I got bill. I want refund(1000) of device as no longer use of device.
And deactive my device.

Recently I purchased new data card. number is 9137231623 and my register
mobile number is 9429060943.

I am not getting speed from my data card. so called customer care executive regarding this issue. He told me that he cannot raise my complain because I am getting average speed 0.79mbps.

On paper you guys talking about 3G plus network. But I am not getting even 3G speed so please deactive my data card and refund my data card amout.

Its genuine request from me.
Otherwise I will post this issue on forums.
