My Complaint Description:
My name is Arvind Kalubhai Prajapati. My Claim number is 1510219482. I have had written application at Grahak Suraksha Krushnabag, Maninagar on October 5th,2015 but till the date I do not receive any response from them.I would like to inform you for which reason I was made complaint. Actually on October 20th, 2015 date I was riding my bike but suddenly I was face an accident on road and I was slipped down that time my cell phone Samsung J7 was damaged. When I was purchased this phone with that I have also purchase Syska Gadget secure. After that accident as on October 21st, 2015 I had file application for reward of my cell phone but till date they are not giving me any prompt reply.October 23rd, 2015 they refused my claim without any reason and when I asked them about refusing my claim they gave me silly answer that your activation date is not corecct but i have proof.On November 22nd,2015 I was a called at Syska's customer service center at noon and I had talk with customer operator her name is Aishwarya she suggest me to repair my cell phone. We replied Samsung people to repair my device & by evening when i had call with Syska people they told me don't repair Mobile.
Please suggest me what should I do with this My Damaged phone. It is my humble request to you that please take any quick action on it and I hope you will understand my situation and give me justice.
