My Complaint Description:
my order no is 346361 booked on 10/12/15….i booked food for my 55 years old mother at patna station for train no 12352 ……she was on medical visit from jasidih to patna and within an hout back from patna to jasidih via train no 12352…..i booked food one day in advance through trvel by giving all explanation about what i m looking for. at a sudden seat no got changed regarding which i got confirmaion from irctc…..i called up trvel khana 4-5 hours ago and advsd him to change seat no from b3 boggie to ab1 3AC boggie…….finally train reached at patna station…but niether any one tried to contact her …..niether food was delivered at right place…

shame on me because i trusted travel khana.com and just because of this my mother went empty stomach in the entire journey without having single food…and still i am also not there to help her……

3RD CLASS SERVICE …..PLS NEVER TRUST ANY ONLINE WEBSITE FOR ODERING FOOD OTHERWISE YOU HAVE TO COMPROMISE WITH THE LIFE OF YOUR FAMILY.IT WILL ALWAYS REMAIN A BUISSNESS FOR THEM. LIFE OF ANY HUMAN BEING NEVER MATTERS FOR THEM.
