My Complaint Description:
I just renewed my spidigo account and upgraded the plan so they changed device. I have paid 10000 Rs but after 4 days the service man came and installed new device which they meant to install in 2 days. I didn't obliged them. They finished their work at 1:30 PM and said will start working in half an hour. Till 5:30 PM it wasn't work. I called the cheque collecting person. After very long arguements from both sides he anyhow activated my account. When I log in, the MAC was not matched and I still can not access internet. I called that person 100 times but he did not even picked up call. I tried to call their area technical supervisor but he did same. I gave complains to their customer care center, but everytime they said complaint forwarded to their technical dept and they will contact me in short time. I almost did the same 5 times and got same replied and yet my isuue is not solved. It will be holiday for next 2 days and I have to work from my home.
So please take legal steps again that company.
